Terms and Conditions

By using any service provided by NeticSoul — including our software development services, SaaS solutions, or purchasing products from NS Market — you agree to the following terms.

1. About NeticSoul & NS Market

NeticSoul is a software development company based in Pakistan that builds custom web applications, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and AI-powered solutions.

NS Market is NeticSoul's official digital marketplace where you can:

• Purchase ready-made scripts and web application templates
• Subscribe to or buy SaaS products and platforms
• Download licensed software for use on your own projects

2. Digital Product License

Upon purchase on NS Market, NeticSoul grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased software based on your license type:

• Regular License: Use on 1 domain or project for a single end product
• Extended License: Use on up to 5 domains or projects

3. Prohibited Use

• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased software or scripts
• You may not remove or bypass license validation, copyright notices, or watermarks
• You may not use NS Market products to build a competing marketplace or resell platform
• One license covers one end product — purchasing multiple products requires separate licenses

4. Custom Development Services

For custom projects (web, mobile, SaaS, AI), terms are agreed upon individually via a signed project contract or proposal. NeticSoul retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.

5. Product Updates

NS Market purchases include free updates for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, updates may require a renewal fee. Critical security patches may be provided free of charge at NeticSoul's discretion.

6. Technical Support

Support is available via email at support@neticsoul.com Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PKT. Support covers installation issues and software bugs — it does not include custom modifications or third-party plugin conflicts.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. NeticSoul is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use or inability to use our software or services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

NeticSoul reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of NS Market or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
